By providing verbal consent during a recorded phone call with a Databotics LLC representative, you agree to these SMS Program Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Program Description

When you verbally consent on a recorded call with a Databotics LLC representative, you will receive text messages (SMS and/or MMS) from Databotics LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages relate exclusively to your commercial property and the conversation underway with our team. Messages may include:

  • Confirmation of the email address you provided on the call

  • Reminders for scheduled calls, walkthroughs, or meetings

  • Offer summaries, Letters of Intent, and other documents previously discussed by phone

  • Follow-up at intervals you specifically requested during the call

We do not send promotional messages, mass marketing, or any messages to numbers that have not provided prior verbal consent.

This SMS program is operated by Databotics LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the stage of the conversation. You will typically receive between 1 and 8 messages per month per recipient. Frequency may be higher during active offer negotiation or transaction closing.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Costs are determined by your mobile carrier plan, not by Databotics LLC. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HELP

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, email support@databotics.ai, or call (512) 736-6942. We will respond with our company name, contact information, and instructions on how to use or exit the program.

STOP / Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After you reply with any of these keywords, we will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program.

We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days, consistent with FCC rules effective April 11, 2025.

If you wish to rejoin the program after opting out, you can do so by providing verbal consent again on a future call with a Databotics representative.

Supported Carriers

This program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number, the timestamp and content of your verbal consent, and the content of messages exchanged are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number provided to participate in this SMS program. By consenting on the call, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Modification of Terms

Databotics LLC may update these SMS Program Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
