Databotics SMS Program
Databotics LLC uses SMS messaging to support voice conversations already underway with commercial property owners. We do not send unsolicited text messages. Every recipient on our SMS list has provided affirmative verbal consent during a recorded outbound voice call placed by a Databotics representative.
How Consent Is Captured:
Before any SMS is sent, our representative reads the following script verbatim during the call:
"Hi, this is [Rep Name] with Databotics LLC. This call is being recorded for quality and compliance. With your permission, may I send you text messages at this number, [###-###-####], about your property at [Address]? You'll receive only a few messages per month — meeting reminders, an email confirmation, and any documents related to a potential offer. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your number will not be shared with third parties for marketing. Our SMS Terms are at databotics.ai/sms-terms and our Privacy Policy is at databotics.ai/privacy-policy. Do you consent to receive text messages from Databotics about your property at this number?"
The phone number is added to our messaging list only after the owner affirmatively says yes.
What You'll Receive:
Recipients typically receive between 1 and 8 messages per month. Messages relate exclusively to the property and conversation discussed on the call. Examples:
"Databotics: Hi [Name], confirming the email you gave on our call is [email]. I'll send the property summary there now. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
"Databotics: Hi [Name], reminder — our call about [Address] is in 30 min at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Databotics: Hi [Name], confirming receipt of your signed LOI for [Address]. I'll send next steps shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Cost & Frequency:
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Frequency varies by stage of conversation, typically 1–8 messages per month per recipient.
Opt-Out & Help:
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to be removed from our SMS list. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@databotics.ai or 5127366942, for help.
