5. SMS Messaging Program

By verbally consenting during a recorded phone call with our representative, you agree to receive SMS messages from Databotics LLC regarding the potential acquisition of your property. These messages may include email confirmation, meeting reminders, requests for property information, offer details, and transaction coordination.

  • Message frequency varies based on transaction stage. You will typically receive between 1 and 8 messages per month per recipient.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. We will send one final confirmation message and cease further messaging.

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number provided to participate in our SMS program.

6. Information Sharing

  • Internal team members and service providers necessary to evaluate your property, including Twilio Inc. (our SMS infrastructure provider) under contractual confidentiality

  • Legal and financial advisors strictly in connection with a transaction you have consented to pursue

  • Government authorities if required by law

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain different categories of information for different periods:

  • Active outreach data (contact information used for ongoing communication): retained while you remain a contact in our pipeline. If you withdraw consent or request removal, we will cease contact and remove your information from active outreach lists within 30 days.

  • SMS consent records (timestamp, representative ID, script version, and affirmative response): retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule recordkeeping requirements and to defend against any consent-related disputes.

  • Transaction records: retained as required by applicable law and for the duration of any contractual relationship.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations
