Program Description

This SMS program is used to communicate with commercial and industrial property owners who have verbally consented during a phone call with a Databotics LLC representative to receive text messages. Messages relate exclusively to the potential acquisition of the recipient's property, including exchange of property details, offer information, and transaction follow-up. No SMS messages are ever sent without prior verbal consent obtained during an outbound phone call.

Consent

You are enrolled in this program only after providing explicit verbal authorization during a live phone call with a Databotics LLC representative. At no point are SMS messages sent to individuals who have not first consented by phone.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per active transaction or follow-up period. Message frequency will never exceed what is reasonably necessary to advance or follow up on the conversation you authorized.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Databotics LLC is not responsible for charges incurred through your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. No further messages will be sent after that point.
